Frugal Birthday Centerpieces That Look Expensive
1. Fruit that Glitters
Invest in small pieces of fruit that are seasonal and less expensive. Dip each piece in egg white and then rolled in sugar. When they dry, they will glitter! Grapes are especially effective.
